Digital marketing, CRM segmentation, customer journey mapping, and competitive intelligence for Jeep in the premium SUV segment, joined at 19.
Context
At 19, I worked inside Jeep's digital marketing function at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The work was hands-on and analytical: website data analysis, marketing analytics across digital, media planning and buying, monthly media plans, and brand testing. At the time we were facing heavy competition from Kia and MG, who were just about to enter the market.
What I did
Ran digital marketing analytics and website data analysis for the premium SUV segment.
Did media planning and buying, and built the monthly media plans.
Built CRM segments, mapped the customer journey, and set up dashboards.
Ran brand attribution and recognition testing, including a test that showed people only part of the logo and asked them to guess the brand.
In my own words
The honest version.
This was my first time working in an MNC, and the best internship I had so far. The person who taught me everything spent a lot of time with me. I must have spoken with everyone in that company, and my ideas were genuinely welcome here. I tried my best to extract as much as I could from the experience.
